The Rural Wisconsin Caregiver Toolkit is a compendium of publicly available resources intended to help caregivers find the information they need to effectively perform their caregiving roles. It consists of:
- resources to help caregivers perform a variety of medical and nursing tasks;
- resources relating to advance directives and power of attorney;
- links to a broad range of Wisconsin and national caregiver resources; and
- resources intended to help caregivers address their own health and wellbeing.
The Toolkit is accompanied by a separate ADRC Resource Guide, which identifies all of the ADRCs operating in Wisconsin and provides links to each ADRC’s local resource directory.
